Brown rice , my version of Chinese BBQ Pork , carrots ,celery and mushrooms ..and Crystalized Ginger in my tea :-))
Pork steaks à la puttanesca (onion, shallot, garlic, chilli, diced Kalamata olives, capers, diced anchovy filets, tomato sauce with a bit of tomato paste, Maggi sauce, 1/4 cup of vodka) accompanied by steamed asparagus in a butter, lemon juice, & oregano sauce.
Got to be one of the best snacks in the world! Definitely savoury, I make them with some smoked paprika, ground cumin, pepper and salt. Delicious, especially with a pint of beer.
Shot with two spotlights, tripod and remote shutter using a 55mm F2.8 manual lens at F22.

This actually was fantastic. Unfortunately at this range it's more charred flesh than a gourmet meal.
