I got this egg from a Polish friend, whose grandmother had painted it. On one side you can see this bird, and on the other side a lovely heart. I've had the egg for many years.
My collection of rocks and minerals includes this serpentine beauty. Highly polished it shows the details contained within the rock.

Mustangs, Lightnings & Spitfires are graceful. Corsairs, Hellcats & Bearcats are pugnacious. To my mind, however, the Hawker Sea Fury, with it's tightly cowled 18-cylinder 2,480 hp Bristol Centaurus engine just projects a massive sense of awesomeness! _DSC7899_BW
