The reason I always kill everyone at "1980s Edition Trivial Pursuit" is because I was a sports nut back then, baseball in particular.

I recently found these Topps "3-D" baseball cards in a cigar box in a drawer while looking for something else. These cards are about twice as big as a regular baseball card, plastic with elevated relief like one of those maps at the national parks.

I had quite a tremendous collection of baseball cards back in the day! I collected mainly my favorite players, not necessarily cards that had any high value. So that means I had lots of Ron Cey, and Shawon Dunston cards. I dunno where the rest of them are now. Hopefully my brother's got them.

A portrait of a Polaroid SX-70 shot by a Polaroid Land 230 on Fuji FP-100c pull-at-part instant film. I used a 3X close up lens from an older Land camera which it came with a measuring tape to measure for the effective focal range.

Not a bad effort at landscape from the Swinger, but the result doesn't quite work. Needed a longer lens to make out that the distant bales are a different shape, which to the eye gave a pleasing contrast. Of course when I returned two days later with a more suitable combination, all the rectangular bales had been moved. Bah.

Taken on a Polaroid Land Camera 320. Taken on a flight to New York City. The mark in the middle is from the front of my lens accidentally pressing against the photograph when I closed the camera.

My uber amazing friend bought me a polaroid camera at a garage sale. So naturally I bought film. I also naturally didnt' look through the viewfinder, held it above my head and shot through an awesome bulb at Phil and Sebastians.

Love you film!

A quick series on a vintage model 150 Polaroid Land Camera. Would love to have some film for this old timer.

My grandmother and I went on an epic girly shopping adventure. I got some new pants. That might sound really lame to most people, but I haven't had jeans that really fit me in a very long time (we're talking years).

Anyway, this is her against a wall at Lord & Taylor's, and she's wearing a sling. It's taking a while for her arm to heal, but she's stubborn (which is partially where I get my stubbornness) and doesn't always do her therapy exercises or wear her sling. It was still good to see her, even if I was sick for pretty much the entire visit.
