Polaroid Job Pro 2 camera with Polaroid 600 Color Film (round format.)
Rebooting my Flickr presence with this new polaroid self portrait. The light was fleeting, and too perfect to not snap.
Shot on a Speed Graphic 4x5 camera with Buhl 152mm f2.5 lens and the polaroid taped in the film holder.
Some leftover polaroid from a project a few years ago. Clearly the film does not last that long, with a significant colour shift and loss of contrast.

3 year old Polaroid Originals 600 B&W
Just one of my many Pola's.
I now own a nice collection of Polaroid vintage cameras thanks to a wonderful friend.

An oldie from the archives for 'Roid Week – from the second pack of Time Zero that I ever shot, all the way back in 2010! If you want to see them, the others I shot that day are here.
Roid Week is my favourite time of year on Flickr. For the rest of the year, if you want to see what I'm up to, the place to go is my Twitter, where I mainly tweet about my books & books in general, but also try to put up a Polaroid a day...
Polaroid Week 2021. Day 3 (2/2).
Love picking cauliflower this time of year.
Polaroid SX-70 Original
Color SX-70 Film
A little experimentation happening here with the polaroid look. Some new programming I have allows me to transform my images into this classic style and is completely editable. Not sure how long I will stay on this track, but having some fun with it for now.
I-Type Polaroid film comes in packs of 8 shots. In Australia they work out at about $4 per shot (so this isn't a cheap exercise). In that expired pack of 8 prints the results are completely random. This photo faithfully reproduces the colour and light and is generally a little print that one would be happy to put into an album as people did in the past.
This shows the Lady Nelson, a replica ship of the one that first brought settlers to Hobart in 1803.

A collaboration with awakethetrees for Day Three of 'Roid Week – by far my favourite thing on Flickr!
