After a three-day weekend of sitting on the couch playing Zelda, we finally got up and went outside for a few minutes of cold-weather, overcast, almost-the-gloaming photo challenge. I had the 60mm and got a picture of a peach that got mummified high on the Rio Oso tree and a picture of holly leaves. It was a wintry weekend indeed, finally feeling like January.

Serve these gorgeous stuffed mushrooms at your next party. They're an easy crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
1 sprays olive oil cooking spray
1 pound button mushrooms, about 24 large mushrooms
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup onion(s), chopped
1/4 cup sweet red pepper(s), chopped
10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 1/2 slice whole-wheat bread, chopped into bread crumbs
1 tsp Creole seasoning, or Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
Remove mushroom stems from caps and finely chop stems; reserve caps and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sauté mushroom stems, onion, pepper and spinach until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and stir in remaining ingredients until well-combined.
Stuff each mushroom cap with 2 tablespoons of filling mixture. Place mushrooms, stuffed sides up, on jellyroll pan. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes; serve warm. Yields 2 mushrooms per serving. (Note: The mushrooms can be stuffed in advance, covered, refrigerated and then baked later in the day to save on last minute preparation time.)

Une 2ème phase (qui vient de se terminer) a eu lieu sur septembre-octobre 2013 afin de nettoyer complètement le lit du fleuve (entre le duit central et la rive droite du fleuve) par désouchage et par rectification du niveau des ilôts de sable.

Ingredients
3 large eggs
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp Great Value brand reduced fat grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, 2 Tbsp water, 1 Tbsp of the Parmesan cheese and salt. Preheat broiler with rack set 6" from heat. In large flameproof non-stick skillet spray with non-stick cooking spray over low heat, add egg mixture and cook without stirring for 10-12 minutes, until bottom is set and top is slightly loose. Sprinkle top with remaining 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese. Place pan under broiler until top is just set, about 1 minute. Invert onto a serving platter and cut into four wedges.
