This evening was the opening party @ Nitroglobus for Wicked Eiren's exhibition 'Body Language/The Invisible Woman' with awesome music by DJ Niels and ditto particles by Kurk Mumfuzz.
Due to long lasting SL errors upon login, which made all visitors orange clouds except for a few who were already present, the party had some hick ups. Luckily Lalitha and Milena Carbone, who performed an awesome contemporary ballet, were visible to all. Thanks again to Haiku who was willing to step in at last moment and take my place in the ballet. Yeah me too I was a cloud.
Sincere thanks to all main players and to all the visitors who stayed till the very end of DJ Niels's set.
To all those who were unable to tp in: Wick's images will be on the walls of Nitroglobus till the end of July.

He one of the two alto saxophone players in the Camden Community Band and I captured him during a street concert organised by the local Council.
The Band is made up of a variety of very talented musicians who come together through a love of music.
The Band perform a variety of concerts within the local community and are always well received.

A truly great party it was this evening for the opening of Debora's installation SYNTAX OF ABSENCE.
hEIN! his tunes were SUPERB. We all loved and danced the night away.
Venus and I shot her particles on the tunes of hEIN!'s music. I enjoyed A LOT.
Thanks to all who visited and to those who couldn't tp in: Debora's work will be in both galleries (Main hall and the Annex) till about the end of November.

with much dismay my cassette player finally, after 20 years gave up the ghost. in a vain effort i took it apart in the attempt to revive, unsuccessful. this a photo of the innards of that faithful device.
Harp Player, Early Cycladic, 2700-2300 B.C.
This very old Greek sculpture was made using very limited tools. The Getty suggests the arch of the harp would have been made by gently grinding down the stone with natural abrasives such as pumice or sand.
