I miss the platform, even though it gave me all sorts of problems: timzim.blogspot.com/2007/06/platform.html

I was out all day today, mostly 'traveling there and back to see how far it is'.

I got off to a good start as my CD alarm didn't go off. I did put in a new CD after I used it for laundry last night, and I checked that the CD worked and that all the buttons were set in the right places again.

The CD alarm clock had other ideas and decided at 6 this morning that it didn't recognise my CD. I awoke at 7 which was the time I had intended to set off at to catch my 8.00 train.

It is a good job FlyLady told me to lay out my clothes! It only too me and my boy 20 mins to get up, dressed and out.

(I had a great dream in that extra hour!

Ther was a war on and I didn't know what to do about the air-raid siren and funny explosions in the air so I went to a shopping centre - I accepted i mission in the charity shop to lead a mission into space with the children in my class - I actually took off an got as far as examining the emergency camera and pistol provided - then it became a film that I was watching and when it finished my brother, two seats down said it was a good film but what a pitty I was smelly - that's about when I woke up)

Anyway, I also forgot to charge my phone last night so I was traveling without knowing the time properly and so no one could contact me (sorry Dad!)

My FlyLady task was one I could do on the train, I just need to write it up into my controll journal. I had to write some inspirational/motivational sentences.

I'm not very good at remembering that sort of thing but I can keep addin more as I remember/think of them.

It's so fun waiting for the train... Specially when it's gonna be crowded and hot and late.

Pretty sure this was my first time here. I opted to save a couple minutes and transfer here for a Fremont bound train instead of waiting for a direct service from 16th Street Mission.

Ive been rolling around on these since interbike and im loving them! With my bike being my mode of transportation i wear a wide variety of shoes depending on where im headed. Hell, i wear a bunch of shoes because i like shoes. Ha. Anyway, these little guys grip anything and everything. The bearings spin smooth. They fit my feet well. And theyre...translucent green! Well i dig that anyway. Be on the lookout for these and a whole slew of other parts to hit the market from the dudes at Eighthinch.

A lot of individuals today desire to have lots of people know of their presence online. Building an audience will help you succeed in many areas including Internet marketing. A blog will help you to market your content globally, so read on to learn how to create the best blog possible.

Make sure the amount of time between each of your blog posts is similar. This helps readers know when you'll be posting your next post. On the other hand, if you post two blog entries two days apart, then don't post another post for a week, people will get out of the habit of reading your blog.

Take any ideas as you get them for blogging. Make sure to create a place where they can be stored. Writing just when inspired can be unproductive to your blog. Many times, the best ideas can appear when you're not able to blog. So give them a place to grow and flourish.

Blogging is about writing. If you don't like to write, you probably won't enjoy blogging. But if you have never tried writing, you may have an as yet undiscovered talent that you would enjoy. So try writing a few practice blog posts. Write about something interesting to you. If you enjoy writing, then blogging may be for you!

Avoid writing blogs about subjects you have no interest in or know nothing about. It will mirror in your writing and you could possibly come across as uninformed in you are unsure of what you are writing about. This can turn readers off and they will avoid revisiting your site.

While posting direct advertising posts in the blog will probably turn off readers who come to your blog for information, putting an email sign-up box on your blog's sidebar, gives readers an unobtrusive way to receive marketing information from you should they like your blog.

Ask a blog that is popular in your niche to post a link on their blog. It may take a few days for them to get back again to you, but you should not get discouraged. It's important the blog you want your link posted on is relevant to your niche.

Use stirring titles that will generate responses or debates. Make your titles intriguing enough to entice your readers to continue reading, and voice their opinion, or ask questions that beg the reader to include their thoughts. Do not be drawn into conflict whenever possible, but reasonable the discussion with your own input.

When feedback is given on your blog, respond to it. However, do not let it emotionally affect you. Irrespective of the topic, someone is always heading to have something critical to say. Use the constructive criticism you receive to upgrade your blog. Any that don't offer something of value, you should reply to let them know you have read it and forget about it.
