A bright spring day at Bloxwich Station proffered up this shot looking along the Cannock-bound platform. The gently sloped path leads up to Croxdene Avenue whilst the blue passenger waiting shelter makes its presence known on the right of shot.

London Transport Museum - somewhat ridiculously - banned DSLRs from the Aldwych station tour, so these photos were taken with my old Fujifilm bridge camera.

... the most interesting portion of the platform wait at Akihabara.
The Class 40 Preservation Society's class 40 locomotive 345 (40145) stands on platform 4 at Bury Bolton Street bound for Ramsbottom, at the head of the demonstration freight train, of which we will be travelling in the guards van.

I think this is platform, possibly once used for drilling is located approximately 3 km offshore near the entrance to Hamilton Harbour in Ontario on Lake Ontario.
If you zoom in, between the 2 legs of the platform in the center, at the water line, the CN Tower in Toronto Ontario is just barely visible.

Two empty shop spaces on Hackney Downs, Platform 1, will be turned into an Artist’s project studio and a reading room, dedicated to displaying and selling Artists' publications, ephemera and art works. It will be run by an artist, who aims to bring critical art practice into the public realm of daily commuter travel, framing The poetics of public space and offering a place for artist’s visibility outside of the normal Gallery environment.

Burin, a flake has been removed from a corner of a possible core to make a sharp pointed projection on the edge of the striking platform. Used for working antler, bone, wood or hide.
Flint tools that i have found fieldwalking at one site in Bracknell, Berkshire, UK . They have all been identified and recorded on the PAS database by Berkshire archeology.
