Rigid Wrap is a plaster-impregnated gauze - I'm using 6" wide stock. You dip it in water, and it goes on like a wet rag but quickly hardens up pretty strong. I'm spanning across the ribs with Rigid Wrap. I'm covering every bit of the red plastic, because that material will not take paint.
