This is my latest update on my mosiac painting of my girlfriend. I got the second eye done.. Slowly but surely. My idea behind this painting is that it will come into focus as you move further away from it. If you look at the full size of this image you can see that it just looks like a bunch of squares.

We signed a lease! Finally! After nearly 2 weeks dealing with a pair of incapable agents, we finally managed to sign a lease today. Of course, the first time they sent it, they forgot to change the year of the end date to 2014. Then when they sent it again, they left out a 5 page agreement. Once they sent that part again, we were finally good to go! July 1st, we move!
That all happened rather late in the evening. The vast majority of my day was spent editing NLE, which I managed to finish. Well, I finished one episode. I have 16 more to do between now and mid September. Yeesh!
I did take a break to have lunch with my old buddy Michael Gonzalez. We took a spin in the Tesla and talked about cars and cameras over lunch. We even ended up taking his brother for a ride too! It was a hoot.
SO, since we know that the house is ours at last, Emily seized the opportunity to snag some boxes from our new neighbors who just moved in. Pixel promptly jumped into them and spun her head around in weird ways. So that's Monday.
