This old pipeline runs alongside the river Tame, through Haughton vale in Tameside, Greater Manchester, it is elevated and I have absolutely no idea of its purpose, what it carried or carries, or whether it is still in use or not, but from my point of view I thought this section looked particularly photogenic.

Pipeline just a short distance from the Richardson Highway. These photos show the support system detail, as well as the thermal siphons that are integral with the supports. I have no idea about the writing using a sealant?
