These are all single shots of Oil, water and detergent.
The 'bubbles/oil drops' appear to be sitting on top of one another on a flat plane.
This is a large rectangular glass dish, half filled with water,
It is sitting on a pane of glass that is sitting about 15cm above a low table.
Underneath this I placed various objects. In this shot there is a wooden chopping board with patterns all over it.
The glass dish's sides slightly taper inwards towards the bottom of the dish. I placed different coloured lights at the bottom.
I placed the camera so that it is capturing some of the side portion of the dish, and with the lights below it if reflecting onto the dish sides, giving it the appearance of a glass top table.
1 placed teaspoon of vegetable cooking oil and 1 drop of detergent in the water and gave it a stir now and again.
