Someone, not sure who, has for the past few years taken to creating a series of Inukshuk-like stone piles on the Yukon River. They certainly make for an interesting visual magnet if you're walking by on the Millennium Trail.

A Contractor Was Awarded To Mace Contracting Of New Rochelle, NY For 3.4 Billion Dollars Under A Capital Improvement Project For The Tarrytown Restoration Project. Piles Were Continued To Be Installed This Week Around Part Of The East Side Of The Lighthouse. Once The Rest Of The Piles Have Been Finished Being Installed Around The Lighthouse, The Hudson River Water In Between The Lighthouse And The Piles Will Be Drained In Order That The Contractor Can Begin Sanding Down And Painting The Base Of The Lighthouse.
