She would never let anybody see her in pig tails, let alone take a photo. So I had to shoot this when she wasn't looking. (shhhhh - don' t tell.)

Shira asked us to make her pigtails. She usually yanks them out of her hair a short time after they are installed, but she liked them very much and kept them on long enough for me to snap some shots.

I've had short hair for just about 10 years. the only time I miss my long hair is when I want to wear it in pigtails. I also had pink hair once and loved it. So I made a pink hat with pigtails.
