ODC - 8/4/2017 - Nuts & Seeds

With the yearly Festival Alley just weeks away, Stormtrooper Bruce is trying to narrow down his options of what to bake for the Holiday Bake Off. Hopefully the guys can be of assistance.

STB: Guys, all year long you’ve been telling me to knock off all the good desserts I received. So now's your chance to tell me which ones you think have the most potential.

TK-1110: You mean you'll bake them and let us do a taste test for you?

TK-432: Won't the P consider that cheating?

STB: Not if I put my own spin on it.

TK-1110: What if for once you win and the first prize is dinner with the P? You know how much he likes those kind of prizes.

STB: Then I'll just have to grin and bear it.

TK-432: At least you know which fork to use.

TK-1110: Or you could have an accident the night before.

STB: Guys wait! I have to win first. And hopefully I'll just come in 2nd or 3rd because those prizes always seem better for some reason.

TK-432: Oh, and don't forget The P likes talent contests, too!

TK-1110: Dude! Please don't remind him. You know how he likes to torture us with his mini concerts.

TK-432: Oh, that’s right! How could I forget?

STB: Guys, you're one step away from becoming frenemies. Let’s just get back to the pie chart. K?

TK-432: Your chart is making me hungry! Let's just eat now and make your list after the movie. K?

Here's what I did last year

best pie chart ever

Jo hates peas. When Jo is away I eat peas. my ideal ratio of Pie to Peas = 33% pie, 66% Peas 1% Ketchup (not shown)

I may be making this up based on my personal feelings! ;)

I have some pens and pencils.

A sketchbook.

And a head full of quotes, lyrics and the like.

Do these agricultural pie charts graph the percentage of farmland converted to oil and gas fields? January - preparing for planting (irrigation circles) and extraction (white web of rectangular gas well heads).

Forget the beautiful hummingbirds that you think do all the work. They are just after a quick fix of sugar water! It's the zillions of insects that do most of the work, and they are 'cheap' for the environment.
