Unfortunately, this keyring isn't made from silver and diamonds. But it's definitely made of metal and shaped like a butterfly.
The image is approximately 2.5inches across.

HMM!
On Macro Mondays theme "Pick Two", I've chosen Metallic and Brush for this composition.
Using the Nikon-converted Helios 44M at f/4, and the full complement of extension tubes (about 6cm) this image is about 10 by 15mm in size.
Very little post-processing; I've cropped and skewed the image slightly and increased exposure by 1 stop.

Contribution to MM challenge for 29/6/20, theme: "Pick Two"
The rules clearly state that clarity should be given in the description as to which 2 list items form the image so this is pink paper, it just happens to have a flower in front of it.
This is the kind of challenge I love as it pulls together a number of elements I enjoy most, i.e. macro, flora and using the same colour for foreground and background (or slightly contrasting). I really should have managed more images but some stuff got in the way of doing that. The flowers are still in situe and there's all the others I bought for the occasion so I could push on with some more...
I have a feeling I've used that name before but nothing fits better in my naming scheme - yes, there is a scheme to my naming convention!!
Tiny bug around 3mm in length. First time I saw these, which is not surprising, since they are easy to miss. I mistook them for grass flies at first (Chloropidae), since they have similar coloration.
HMM to all participants!
