Each treatment room is tastefully decorated, and has many original features. The rooms are fitted with furniture to suit the individual needs of each practitioner, and as such can offer a very high standard of care to each patient.

I thought about going for a big drive this morning, but now that I'm getting physio on my shoulder, a shorter journey was more the order of the day. I had a few ideas, but slept in a wee bit so decided just to go to my local loch.
It's very, very hard to get an original composition of the Knapps. Everyone seems to go for the fences which poke into the loch periodically to stop the cows getting into fields they aren't allowed in. They are very photogenic but I have seen millions like that and have no interest in shooting one.
I wandered around for a while, taking a few reference shots, but as soon as I saw this rock I knew I had it. Next challenge is to find somewhere else....I'm starting to run fairly low on ideas for the area, but I have a couple up my sleeve that might work. Hopefully.

Hit 'L' to see it on a darker background. Always better that way, white is a hellish background for photos.

I had to take David to the Victor Harbor Physio for specific excercise for his knee replacement. Currently I am taking him there twice a week. He looks happy enough going in. Inside is a different story!
Nijmegen Marches 2015
Captain Georgette Mink, a Physio Officer with 31 CF Health Services, works on the foot of Corporal Eric Roussel at the 27 KM Rest Stop on 21 July 2015.
The day of Elst, Day 1, of the Nimegen International Four Day Marches, saw Canadian Armed Forces participants face 43 km of road. With excitement in the air, our troops headed out of Camp Humensoord, to join civilians from around the world in Nimegen’s Centrum. They were greeted by the rain and sun at the Waalburg bridge. They then travelled down through Elst and back around on a long dyke where you can see their next point, the Waalburg bridge, where they will march over it again and know that they are almost back to camp on 21 July 2015.
The Nijmegen Marches, held annually in the Netherlands, is a rigorous and prestigious annual event, attracting some 45,000 military and civilian participants and more than a million spectators, from over 50 nations. The Marches, held this year from 21-24 July, are both a challenging and emotional experience for Canadian Armed Forces members who have participated in the event annually since 1952. The Marches are an opportunity for the Canadian Forces members to honour the Canadians who lost their lives fighting in Europe in the 20th Century, as they walk the same land from where so many never returned.
The Marches are also the ultimate test of physical fitness and mental stamina and require effective teamwork as participants march over 160 km in four days while carrying a standard military rucksack weighing at least 10 kg.

Wool Merchant John Goodman built Roundhay Hall in the 1820's. In fact it wasn't called Roundhay Hall then, it was called Allerton Hall. It changed his name when Sir Edard Allen Brotherton, a chemical manufacturer, MP (Wakefield), Mayor of Wakfield and Lord Mayor of Leeds bought it during the Great War. Today it is a private Spire Hospital.During the Second World War the hall became a 62 bed Annexe to Leeds General Infirmary (LGI) It must have been a grand place to stay during difficult times. Even though it is now a private hospital, it still retains much of the elegance that it had.
