Goshen Physicians Family Medicine Bristol Office Opens 1-29-19. The Bristol Indiana location of Goshen Physicians Family Medicine hosted an open house on January 24, 2019 at 304 E. Vistula Street. The first official day of appointments will be Monday, January 29, 2019. The 4,775 square foot building has six exam rooms, phlebotomy room for quick lab testing, procedure room and a collaboration room for team-based care. Providers for this brand new family medicine practice are Daniel Berger, MD and Mackenzie Shireman, NP. Both are relocating from Goshen Physician Family Medicine and Urgent Care.
