This is the one and only picture I was able to click off today. Yes, the only one - a first for me. So I ran it through a bit of processing to add some interest. ...wow, my only picture - I didn't know I could shoot only 1!!

You've got to love that bumper sticker!! ;-)

Visited Carnegie Natural History Museum and shot a disappointing session with the cell phone.

Phoneography can capture incredible moments. A little blown out from the flash, however considering the limited light before six am and the strong breeze, a job well done by my phone.

The weekend prior to the last Monday in May is considered Memorial Day Weekend, with Monday recognized as Memorial Day itself.

At a local tribute to the Arlington Project I took this photo of a family wandering through the display.

I used an app new for me to create the word overlay. Have a great Monday!!

How does your paper garden grow? ...exploding in color I hope!!

I am simply swamped at work right now. Have to apologize for not being able to get to your streams for a few more days. I get a little break over the weekend and then I've got my last major project due mid week next week. Please know I'm missing you more than you know but I'm trying to honor my 365 project too. I'll be back soon to return your visits.

This was taken a few nights ago on our drive home through the slogging, pouring rain! It was just after the snow thawed from the recent arctic blast we had and our car and it's windshield were filthy dirty from it all. As you might guess - I did do a bit of post-processing in the phone with apps to create this exaggerated blur. I have got to come up with a system of some sort that allows me to record the apps I've used for such, because with the passage of time and with as many images as I work with, I do tend to forget which were used on which pics. Any tips others have discovered for such work with processing all within the iPhone and keeping a list would be appreciated!!

The Hostas are coming in. I noticed a pot full and they were still ladened by the droplets from a recent rain shower. I am amazed at the quality of photos with the iPhone. After I took this one I did add clarity and enhanced color, then added a Depth of Field filter to it with a different app.

I'm experimenting with a new app for me - ProCamera. Does anyone else use it?

At a museum's inner courtyard we discovered these fabulous glass spheres made all the more interesting because of all the reflective surfaces.

Saw this little bird house in the garden of a friend's today. Couldn't resist trying to catch a quick photo of it nestled in this dogwood. Of course we're not convinced it's Summer yet when you still have to use the furnace to just warm up most mornings!!

Have a great Wednesday! I know I will...this will be the last day of my "busy season" at work. Come Thursday...I'm returning to my old routine in Flickrville!! Whoop Whoop!! ;-)

Peterborough was incorporated 1850 but was populated by the Iroquois and Mississaugas from the mid-eighteenth century and early Woolands tribes around 1000. The first European settlement was founded in 1818 by Adam Scott. In 1825, thousands of Irish refugees of the Potato Famine landed on these shores and went on to shape the culture of the town. Today, we still have a St. Patrick's Day parade, but the city has become a bit more multicultural.

Isn't this fabulous?? I pulled up to a drive through latte stand window after a pouring rain and ordered my usual hot beverage. As the barista was busy making it for me I noticed the abstract pattern of the drops on the stainless steel counter. I grabbed my iPhone for a quick shot. Then I had to add a little processing to bring out those interior rainbows.
