The great embrace of ocean was closer than love's can be ...

Far from the human swarm and mortal folly and care ...

I, the foam of earth, assoiled by the ocean-foam ...

Skylights in the atrium area at the heart of the portion of the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, GA designed by Richard Meier in 1983.

After work. Sat down for a min to enjoy the lovely view of our City of Toronto.

An old woodshed along one of favourite hikes. A great opportunity to put phoneography to the test.

Too easy, I know.

There's a great iPhone camera app - Hipstamatic. Available within this app are different styles of lens, film, and flash "sets" for purchase. This photo was taken with the Hipstamatic's "Dali Museum Goodpack" set. Thus the results are always interesting exposures that would be impossible to otherwise achieve with a single click.

There was no actual angle to the fence I photographed as this...as I was standing alongside a long straight run of the fence. I simply composed my image with that post on the far right of my frame. The film and lens set produced this angled result.

Thus the results of one's artistic endeavors may not be reality as we think we know it! Very Dali-esque, don't you think?

I absolutely could lose time post processing photos. I love the possibilities. Patience is no problem there for me. Knowing when to stop...that's what I'm learning!!

My son, looking outside. Phoneography

Little man pays his respects to this set of empty benches.

He's also starring in his own set of images, shot and processed on my iPhone.

While taking a break from the walk along the beach with family while on vacation, I found a quiet spot with benches and a table. I put my shades down and began to simply "take in the breezes" for a bit. The reflection of the overhead canopy was simply too striking - so I reached for my iPhone and began to click off a few. Noticing me, a family member decided to harass me a bit in my efforts!!! All in fun!

Happy Sliders Sunday!!

Thanks for visiting!!
