Le premier Prix Étudiant de Doctorat est remis à Mme Joséphine Aho, PhD de l'Université de Montréal. Elle reçoit ce prix en reconnaissance de l'excellence de sa thèse de Doctorat en Santé publique (option Épidémiologie) sous la direction de Selim Rashed (Pédiatrie, U. de Montréal) et Anita Koushik (CRCHUM, U. Montréal) intitulée : « Prévention du VIH chez les femmes travailleuses du sexe de Conakry, République de Guinée : conseil dépistage volontaire, comportements sexuels et infections sexuellement transmissibles. ». Elle reçoit un certificat ainsi qu'un chèque de 2000,00 $.
