When I tell people things that are happening in my life, a lot of people will say comforting things, like, "I'm sorry you're going through that," and then I'm like, "I'm not going through anything. Don't try to comfort me." My favorite cartoon that I read this week was "How To Be An Adult." (Actually it used adult as a verb but you know how I disapprove of that.) 1. Shop for a tie. 2.) Make macaroni. 3.) Do cardio. 4.) Don't let the existential dread set in. 5.) DON'T LET IT IN! 6.) Vacuum the rug.
