As an organizer for @wihealthexpo I personally ask for "ideas, suggestions, insults, criticism" - I very rarely receive insults/criticism. It's definitely not because I'm doing an good job, I earn criticism. . This past week I was suppose to train our #podcasters and ended up having a 15 hour surprise nap and slept through the training. . I learned to say no to opportunities where I'll be in the heat #multiplesclerosis + beautiful warm day = #chronicfatigue . There's many more situations when it comes to emails. I know when I mess up and love suggestions on what's worked for others before. It hurts to hear sometimes but #personalgrowth is way more important to me. . I'm not a victim of this #invisibleillness Everything in my life is 100% my responsibility. I discovered my purpose, set extremely high goals which "scare" others, focus all my energy towards achieving something bigger than myself, and learn how Not to do things every single day! .
