On the first Monday of the Carnavale in Venice a large group of the French, Belgian, German and Italian masqueraders get together at the Arsenale - the old naval fortress in Venice - this is a great gathering - a bunch of people in outfits and even more photographers! This is a great place to shoot and I was so lucky to have a lot of them feel sorry for me and let me take them to some cool shooting sites outside of the direct sun.
I took these photos on 4 February 2013 at the 2013 Carnavale Venezia (Venice) - what a thrill!!!
We've been friends for a large portion of our childhood, and I hadn't seen her in more than 6 years. We had a reunion this day and it was so great. :)

Auch hier wieder eine Schwarz-Weiss-Fotografie von Beinen verschiedener Personen. Wir haben am Strand von Saint Pierre auf La Reunion gechillt und ich habe ein bisschen mit der Kamera ausprobiert…Wellen und Co. Und da kam gerade eine Gruppe von Menschen vorbei und ich habe gedacht, warum nicht mal nur den unteren Teil des Körpers fotografieren. Gedacht, gesagt und getan Eigentlich in Farbe aufgenommen, aber in S/W gefiel es uns besser. Vielleicht erkennt man einen neuen Trend was Flipflops angeht….:)

There is a gremlin standing (man standing up) on the front mudguard of the bicycle, is the gremlin trying to make this boy's first ride on a bike end as a disaster. The boy is riding on grass so it will be a soft landing.
Is the front brake going to be jammed on by the gremlin?

Cientos de formas y colores tapizarán la pared de Metro para que al final del trabajo pueda leerse un mensaje que incite al viajero a la reflexión.
Esta acción colectiva es una iniciativa de Plena Inclusión Madrid junto con Fundación Repsol y Metro de Madrid, y forma parte del proyecto Más Cultura = Más Inclusión, con el que reivindican el papel activo de las personas con discapacidad como creadores y consumidores en la cultura, y el papel de ésta en la inclusión de colectivos en riesgo de exclusión.
Over a period of 3 days Lawilink was ask to on behalf of amnesty international to compile a series of images, surrounding persons with Albinism. Lawilink has been working with persons with albinism for over a year and the contacts with the local authorities and friends we made over that time helped a great deal. Lawilink had a team of 4 Eddah (producer), Ernest(director), Charlene (camera tech) & Zac(photographer/driver) the documentary video we filmed will be loaded soon but for now here are some stories and images. Due to discrimination and violence, we have decided not to add the locations of the shoots.

Martha chipeso is 21 years old, Martha left school in standard 2 after suffering discrimination & abuse from other students.
Alfred chigalu is 17, Alfred is the last born in the family of 4 children the only one born with albinism. Alfred left school in standard 1 because his class mates were mocking him.
Annie Alfred is 10 years in standard 3 at primary school. She lives with both of her parents in bangwe when she grows up she wants to be a nurse. Annie has friends both at school and at home they all love her.
Mercy pangani is 8 years old while Daniel is 6 years old, they are both in standard 1 at primary school. Mercy is the first born Daniel is the second born in a family of 4 children.
Harry and Harrison were born twins with albinism, 9 years of age they were both in standard 1 at school. Robbers broke into their house and kidnapped harry on the 18th February 2016 in the house there was the mother and the three children and the kidnappers injured the mother because the mother was trying to protect harry
Brighton Rashid Wende Wende was 32 years old living with his family, Brighton was a business man, Brighton had seven children and two wives both of the wives have gone back to their parent’s homes.

f. på godset Ree i Stjørdalen 13.2.1862 - d. 11.11.1931, sønn av Peder Claresius Aune og Petronelle Struck, g. m. Aagot Dahl (14.1.1878 - 5.3.1958). I lære fra 1878 hos den polskfødte fotografen Huczowski hjemme i Stjørdalen, hvor denne bodde hos hans foreldre. Var så en tid i Sverige. I 1883 startet han sammen med søsteren Karoline forretning i Nordre Gade 5, men flyttet kort etter til Kongensgd. 12. I 1884 reiste han til Amerika og overlot ledelsen av forretningen hjemme til faren og søstrene. Ca. 1886 startet han forretning i Portland, Oregon og averterte i flere år også med både Trondhjem og Portland, Oregon på kartongene. I 1895 overlot han denne forretningen til broren Struck, som tidligere var opptatt i firmaet, og drog til Trondhjem, hvor han igjen selv overtok ledelsen av atelieret. Hadde forskjellige adresser opp igjennom årene, men drev tilslutt forretningen i Kongensgd. 3 fra 1923 til sin død i 1931. Enken fortsatte firmaet til 1932, da det opphørte. Han fotograferte alt i forbindelse med kroningen i 1906 og andre store begivenheter, og var en av Trondhjems ledende fotografer. Div. medaljer og diplomer på utstillinger i utlandet, bl.a. St. Louis, København 1888, Brüssel 1891 og Stockholm 1897. Var en av utstillerne på Bergensutstillingen i 1898, og den eneste utenbys fotografen på den første fotografutstillingen i Christiania i 1900. Endel av hans negativsamling ble tatt vare på av hans enke, og ca. 20.000 filmer og plater ble forært VSB [Videnskapsselskabets Bibliotek], men storparten av platesamlingen ble dessverre kjørt på sjøen.

O quero-quero (Brasil) ou abibe-do-sul (Portugal) [Vanellus chilensis (Molina, 1782)], também conhecido por tetéu, téu-téu, terém-terém e espanta-boiada, é uma ave da ordem dos Charadriiformes, pertencendo a família dos Charadriidae. Em espanhol é conhecido por tero común ou teru-teru, e em inglês como southern lapwing. Ocorre em toda a América do Sul e em alguns pontos da América Central, e sendo uma ave muito popular acabou por fazer parte do folclore de várias regiões.

2 weeks after injury
Rowan playing around hanging off a rail while we were at a mall for a health care appointment.
This photo shows a woman sitting on a chair on the sidewalk, surrounded by various items. She is holding a cell phone in her hand, possibly texting or browsing. There is a handbag placed next to her, and a backpack is located nearby.
In addition to the woman and her belongings, there is a bench in the background, and another person can be seen standing further away from the woman. A potted plant is also present in the scene, adding a touch of greenery to the urban setting.
