The house made me think of what it would be like to live inside a Louise Nevelson sculpture gone horribly, horribly wrong.

Those are the roots of the tree, growing up and over the boulder. My digital wasn't happy about the lighting -- this was taken at dusk -- so it looks a bit grainy.

Art Sheffield Ambassadors and their guests were invited to Persistence Works, home of Yorkshire ArtSpace, for complimentary drinks and 'behind-the-scenes' access to artists and their studios.

Gliding to the top can be quite tricky, especially when on snowboard. This pair lost balance on their way up, but they both held on to the anchor and continued the ascend on their backs!

An evening of free art, food and drink. The gallery crawl was part of a series of events promoting art in the run up to Art Sheffield 08, a city-wide festival event taking place in February and March next year.

After visiting the Site Gallery, and before moving onto Sylvester Space, gallery crawlers stopped at Persistence Works, home of Yorkshire ArtSpace. Here Medium Projects presented a group exhibition exploring analogue photography.

I took over 140 shots of the little terns at Gronant. This is the only one where an eye can be clearly seen- in one bird out of the three! The lugworm casts give an idea of just how small these birds are, making them very tricky subjects..
