This mural by FIVE EIGHT features a stylized portrait of his girlfriend, based on a photograph and transformed through his signature approach to form, line, and color. The green tones come from a colored light used during the photo session, creating a unique visual cast that defines the piece's atmosphere. True to his reputation for technical precision and layered meaning, FIVE EIGHT also included a subtle homage to his hometown: a reflection containing the Montreal metro map, hidden within the artwork. It's a mural that rewards those who take the time to look twice.

With just a few months to go before the start of the National Arena League the Carolina Cobra's have been holding open tryouts looking to bolster their team by looking for quality players. The Carolina Cobras are starting their Fourth season in 2021 and were the 2018 National Arena League Champions. The Cobras play their home games at the Greensboro Coliseum. LockedIN Magazine photographer Rick "Beetle" Bailey of #bbphotographer58 and #My4one2 was at the latest tryout and may have spotted the next player to join the "Snake Pit".
