Despite our best efforts, sometimes the weeds get the upper hand. Even with that, the garden persists.
With just a few months to go before the start of the National Arena League the Carolina Cobra's have been holding open tryouts looking to bolster their team by looking for quality players. The Carolina Cobras are starting their Fourth season in 2021 and were the 2018 National Arena League Champions. The Cobras play their home games at the Greensboro Coliseum. LockedIN Magazine photographer Rick "Beetle" Bailey of #bbphotographer58 and #My4one2 was at the latest tryout and may have spotted the next player to join the "Snake Pit".

This is Persistence, my third and final betta (Betta splendens). He's a "bi-colour" betta becuase his body and fins are two distinct colours (green and red, respectively), and he also has a veil-tail. He moved in this afternoon. Been thinking about getting a third fish for the Ocean Loft in the Yellow Duck. When I went to Wal-Mart today, I was hoping for a green one, but you want to be open to whatever fish adopts you. I was rather disgusted; this time around the Wal-Mart pet staff had let a couple of fish die in their little bowls; very sad. This guy was behind one of the dead ones, and he was just zooming around in circles until he saw me and just STOPPED and stared ME down! Also got him a in one-gallon aerated tank and, just like Comfort, he is REALLY mean at breakfast and dinner time. You can hear him crunch down on his pellets. (6 Nov. 2014, Nathanael Miller)
A mansion in solitude, designed and built by its proprietor with persistence, who refused the government to build any electricity polls and therefore built this house by generators. Very beautiful surrondings, very beautiful house, and the very beautiful wife was said to leave this isolate land at the end.
