ah, these almost brought me to tears as sorted through some of mom's stuff.
The Jungle Gardenia is an artifact from the days of cocaine and rock n roll, '78-'80.
The khus khus was a scent she discovered in a hippie herb shop in the late 70's, and when she ran out, I searched high and low for the blend for her. (pre-internet). A decade later, finally got wind of the magic ingredient (vetivert) from the fellow at Tenzing Momo at Pike Place Market, and here is the bottle I bought her....
other unknown resins... including the Relic of Relics, the unopenable bottle of patchouli from the 60's, for true.
