Nicolas Dumit Estevez presents The Center for Book Arts with his latest work, "Alguien Dijo Participar?" (Did Someone Say Participate?), a collaborative artists' book created by an international team of artists.
In the middle of this big open "Under construction" area in the Air & Space Museum, there's this office set up, and it appears to be fully functional -- the computer and phone are plugged in and apparently turned on. Except it's in this sort of half-building filled with creepy figures wrapped in plastic, and black-and-white cutouts of notable figures in aviation history. I dunno. I kind of wish I worked here.
Motion Sensor activated inflatable sculpture that reacts to sound. Upon approach the sculpture inflates and lights up. Once its alone again it deflates and the lights turn off.

Today I ran into two artists who were having fun with a freshly welded arch-thingy. Thinking it would give a strange effect -two people standing under a metal arch on the sidewalk- I asked them to pose for some pictures. Which, as you can see, they did with great enthusiasm :)
So when you two see this, thank you!

Performance artist Eve Warnock brought sculpture to life with dancers in the MAH's Atrium on Friday, July 26th.
On Ollikkalantie. I took suggestions, drawings, doodles, songs, and other objects submitted by audience members, planted them somewhere along the 25km stretch of road, and returned a couple of weeks later with a character performance there.

Topics include history of performance art, basic mobile technology and tours of cultural specific locations in HK.
A locative performance based approach to contextualize and design of performance art for cultural specific performances. Combines principles of performance art & language, cultural specific locations, with integrated review of mobile technology technique. Focus will be on establishing a critical vocabulary for highly interdisciplinary locative performance art practice.

此工作坊以定位行為藝術作基礎，藉此設計的特定文化行為藝術及深入了解其背景意義。楺合行為藝術的原則及語言、特定文化地點與流動媒體技術的檢視。課程將著重於建立學員對誇學科性定位行為藝術的批評思考。
