Invisible Cities Part One: The Frown/The Brother Moves On took place Sunday, 29 May, at Revolution House in Johannesburg. It is the first event in the larger Johannesburg, City of Dreams project, a series of 12 monthly events to be held over the next year. Part one featured performances by local acts The Frown and The Brother Moves On, who in collaboration with The Skeleton Crew, a multidisciplinary artist collective, built installations and environments. They attempt to step out of the expected limited role of stage performer to shape a one of a kind unforgettable experience, offering new perspectives of our city.

The final project for OSPGEN 41: Worlds of Art: Art Scenes, Interventions & the Global Art Context (Stanford University, Terry Berlier). This 3-week overseas seminar focused on the Venice Biennale and creating work in response to artists on display.

Film of Vladimír Turner is presenting -straight forward and without unnecessary conceptual allegories- inner view to the social bubble of those who are running our society without being any part of it. Mixture of shots taken on unspecified VIP event and records from artist's performative piece which he realized last year in Prague, is a though reflexion of bitter reality of our lives: No matter how many plastic straws we won't use, it is not us, who sets the limits.
