This pendant was inspired by "Rolling Star" quilt pattern in wood finish.

Purple is the color of good judgment. It is the color of people seeking spiritual fulfillment. It is said if you surround yourself with purple you will have peace of mind. Purple is a good color to use in meditation. Purple has been used to symbolize magic and mystery, as well as royalty. Being the combination of red and blue, the warmest and coolest colors, purple is believed to be the ideal color. Most children love the color purple. Purple is the color most favored by artists. Thursday's color is purple.

I used natural light and a reflector to shot this photo.

I am overjoyed with this pendant! I wanted to make a pendant to match my Yavapai earrings, and this is exactly what I was picturing----it doesn't always turn out that way...I hope you like it just as much as I loved making it!

Here's another pendant with lots of twists. The challenge with the twisted ones is that you need to have well finished fronts & backs. The gold dangle adds some more twists and is also made from polymer.

Pendant jewel, gold, set with cabochon emeralds, in the form of hippocamp ridden by small female figure wearing feather diadem and holding a trident. The body of the animal is chased with cartouches, enamelled, and set with graduated emeralds. Note the scroll feet. It's suspended from a double chain with four pearls; a cartouche set with emerald and a large pearl pendant is suspended from it.

However, this may be either a 19th century fake, or - perhaps more likely - it is an Italian Renaissance pendant, ca. 1550-1600, altered in 1820-1857.

This pendant kindof emerged into something I hadn't imagined...and I then fell in love with it. Decided to keep it for myself...when I wear it, I get more comments on it than any other piece I've worn :) Again, hope it's okay to like my own work....too often, people think there is something wrong with that, which is nuts, really. I mean, if you don't love your own work (or feel it's somehow wrong to say so), then why do it? :-) grin...

This Asian inspired polymer clay circular convex disc is simply lovely with an abstract design. The focal bead hangs from copper wire accented by black and red textured clay beads. The pendant hangs from a simple black steel cable fastened with a simple magnetic clasp.

I made the pendant from polymer clay and included a cute little owl charm.

This is more what the pendant appears as when I wear it. I love how it has so much colour and texture

Rock, silver.

This pendant was made to practice the wet drilling technique.

Tom asked us to go for a walk and go back to the studio with any kind of rock we could find on our way. I collected this one because of its shape (kind of four-sided) which did allowed me to drill the holes in two different plane of the rock.

it was designed and made by Yasha Butler. She is from Istanbul.

i like the organic form of it and the non-coating suface,.....

Made for a nice woman that asked for petal pendants made in reds, blues and purples. Yowza! The red centers are not maraschino cherries but red glass gems. LOL!

The height of the lamp is 26cm and the diameter is 17cm.

Some simple pendants for my neighborhood Art Walk. Etched copper shapes with riveted-on insects and floral bits on vintage snake chains.

Here's another pendant - same design I've used for the previous 2 pendants, but using my new "Manic Monday" texture stamp and yet another surface technique. 3 pendants each with a very different look. Possibilities are endless!
