This is a PC Engine Duo-R motherboard with 8 cartridge slot pins cut in preparation for a region switch installation. The next step is soldering in the switch and then grounding pin 29 of the HuC6280 chip.

The GameCube (center) kinda stinks, and the PC Engine (right) is a bit wobbly, but I was too lazy to try again... (The system on the left is a Dreamcast, by the way -- in case you're not a gamer.)
