Inside a ribbed drinking glass

This is a vintage sewing pattern from 1957. This pattern will make cute blouses in 4 styles.

I graded the pattern and did a slight narrow shoulder adjustment and a huge sway back adjustment. Still have a little extra fabric in the back which seems incredible to me.

Here are a couple that I have posted in colour converted to B&W. They make a bigger statement than the colour versions

We saw these stunning patterns this evening, I can't believe how regular they are - it looks like etched glass. Nature's a beautiful thing.

Wormwooded log washed on shore. The seaworms boring leaves these old sea-veteran logs with beautiful bore patterns. Dinner Rock Regional Park, British Columbia, Canada.

After bookmarking half a dozen sock patterns on ravelry, I said, man, I want to make MYSELF a pair of socks! So I delved into the yarn I bought for MYSELF last year for my birthday, and said, yes! Veggies from thankewe.etsy.com...perfect as I am a veggie (according to my friends, that is what vegetarians are called...or "Veg" pronounced veeeeeg). And amongst the patterns I had queued up, the Jigsaw pattern jumped out to me as being the perfect showcase for such a strong color combination. I LOVE the outcome. The orange pooling offset by the striping effect of the red and green throughout is awesome. And the yo pattern looks almost paisley-ish, and the jigsaw pattern, let's face it, just rules.
