I discovered lots of really interesting and beautiful patterns in the sand on several of my beach walks in Newport. This is the first of several which I plan to post.

last week i was stuck in an old habit; a situation i've seen again and again. but then i found a fresh view and with it came freedom. it seems there are endless ways to see the world. and for that, i'm deeply grateful.

Every sunny afternoon, the light shines through the window and hits our wall as such. Enjoy!
