Lake Ontario boardwalk promenade was used over the pandemic year by more people than ever. The only thing we did in a year is walk, walk the dog, run, bike, order on line, eat and drink at home, check the Flickr and FB status, watch stupid re-runs on TV and look at the lake in hope we will see the end of this. The view is on vertically growing South Etobicoke and Covid end is nowhere in sight. This photo was taken near the place where I took my most popular photo on Flickr in 2020.

You've made so many people suffer in all this time, don't you think you should apologize? Why? You are ashamed? You are scared? You got it wrong, and it scares you to admit it.
Admit that she was your true muse. And you, like a hypocrite that you are, you abandoned her, it was not she who left you, it was you dark moron who abandoned her, leaving her alone, alone in her dark thoughts. And then you blame her because she was trying to make you react.
What did you do, put yourself apart, go look to the right and to the left? Go have fun? Supposedly to feel alive, but my poor ... You didn't understand anything, she made you alive, and you like an idiot you ruined everything.
Look at you now, who are you?
Few more days of pathetic fight for summer, the knight is tired and soon will perish. The Old Mother is about to take the crown and rule to darkness, cold and quiet. You can feel her coming and the brightest sun won't stop her. Go to sleep, fighter, your time is gone.

FGR invades "Any Given Saturday" - I spent the day doing yard work. Yes, I once again have laid down grass seed and have fenced it off....*sigh*. I know, I am pathetic.
After yesterday's pathetic poop-eating Coyote, I had to show one that nabbed a real meal. If the dead prairie dog looks small in the predator's jaws, that's because Coyote has already eaten half of it. Be grateful we aren't looking at the gory end.
The Prairie Dog had wandered too far from the safety of its burrow and was unaware that danger lurked nearby. Coyote was hiding in the grass, using natural cover, a shallow dip in the land. When it burst from cover, the rodent had its back turned and those critical two or three seconds of unawareness sealed its fate.

Perhaps the most pathetic photographic title ever... however it does accurately describe the water rushing by me whilst standing precariously on a rock... a rock that was so narrow I could barely extend the legs on my tripod.
Was really good to get some constructive criticism on my last shot, it's the best way to learn. Consequently, I've ditched my trusty old presets, and tried a different way of processing this shot. Rather than warm things up, I've kept the cooler blue tones that were prevalent that morning (it is Scotland after all). :-)

It really is horrifying. And ridiculous. And pathetic. I could go on. I was curious as to how long ago this statement was made by Adams figuring that it was made a long time ago. Turns out it was in an interview with him in 1983 - a year before he died at the age of 82.
