After a 1 day project on Max Patch in North Carolina with Konnarock trail crew on the Appalachian trail.
Patch is fifteen and got attacked by a dog while his owner had him in her arm. Poor fellow hada wound that needed stapling. <3

Dan Brinkman and the Party Animals brought another fun program to the library with Patch the Pumpkin!
We're finally getting to the bathroom beautification project, nearly three years after moving in. Eventually, I'd like to re-do the whole thing with better tiles and stuff, but that's a few years off. I just want it to be less ugly.
This is what the bathroom looked like. Underneath that giant mirror was this giant hole (surprise!) that was too small for the cabinet I bought. So we waited until I couldn't stand it anymore, then called a contractor to patch up the hole so we could at least paint over the dark gray and have some storage.
Patch. 3 year old Staffy female. Adorable. Friendly. LOVES walkies (and peanut butter smeared biscuits, as you can see).

The Pumpkin Patch is located on Sauvie's Island just 15 minutes northwest of Portland, OR. From Portland, take Highway 30 west towards Scappoose to the Sauvie Island bridge. After crossing the bridge, circle to the left and loop back under the bridge, following Gillihan Road to the farm. Head straight 2 miles until you see our signs.
Market and U-pick: 9 AM - 6 PM, June through October.
Pumpkin Cottage Giftshop: 10am - 6pm.
Patio Cafe: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 10am - 6pm.
The Maize: September-October.
