First farm in US to pasteurize milk commercially. 1893.

We manufacture liquid milk processing plants which have a capacity of handling 250 ltrs/day to 2000 ltrs/day. We also provide milk chilling plants which can chill 1000 Ltr/day to 5000 Ltr/day. The milk we process goes through milk process line, milk reception equipment chiller, pasteurizer and storage facility, packing of milk & cold chain. The dinner was a very nice conclusion to our trip. What I loved was the dessert. The ice cream richness was derived from the unpasterized milk. Although I learned the pasteurization process in Cooking Fundamentals actually having the opportunity to taste dairy in its raw form is truly an awakening.

Hit 300 degrees - too bad that cup takes up most of the cooking area. Might work well for pasteurizing water though.
