I didn't have the fancy brioche tins. Mine came out like flat danishes. Still pretty tasty.
This is a copy/paste of the description I used on the album of the security folks from the 2015 season (on Facebook).
**Bristol Security and Safety have a unique set of skills that are unlike a normal security guard's skills. I know this because I used to work in security. And I never had to deal with everything they do. Aside from basic security things like being a first responder to medical emergencies (medial issues from heat exhaustion to dehydration to injuries), things they do in keeping the non-speaking cast safe, making sure patrons are safe, dealing with crowd control, dealing with drunken crowd control, dealing with small children, dealing with drunken parents of small children, and all the while 80% of the population is actually armed with real bladed weaponry.
I've seen these folks in action and they are quick! They're always right there when you need them. And, unfortunately for a few, they've had to put up with my late-in-the-day rambling (which is different from my other-time-of-the-day rambling).
