This is part of 1997 reinternment of the Cadillac Ranch participatory art project by Ant Farm just off Route 66 (now I-40) west of Amarillo, Texas. The 1970s project was sponsored by oil man Stanley Marsh 3 on his land and reinstalled in 1997 with new cars going east -west rather than the original n/s line-up.
