18-SEP-2010 Within the framework of the European Heritage Days, the PCF (FRENCH COMMUNIST PARTY) opened to the public its headquaters located in the 19th district.

The building and the furniture are the work of the famous Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, the founder of Brasilia.

The building was finished in 1971, whereas the dome, the square and the underground hall only in 1979-1980.

I thought I should probably get a picture of the hotel where I've been living for the past week. This is the front entrance of Hotel Teatro, now with bunting!
