The National Portrait Gallery website offers a multitude of historical images, many with no known restrictions on use. This circa 1860s Matthew Brady image of an unknown woman shows accidental parallax between to successive images:

This chip is from Parallax. I think it came out around 2006. It has a bunch of small processors called "cogs" that allow you to do multiple tasks simultaneously. It even has a special font built into memory that has characters so that you can type out schematics in your comments. The coolest part is that there are demos out of the box that display composite video.

Shipwrecks litter the lanes traveled by schooners and steamships during the 1800s along the Michigan shoreline of Lake Michigan. Thanks to the light and foghorn at Point Betsie, though, many disasters were averted by warning wayward navigators and watching for vessels in distress that the Frankfort station of the U.S. Coast Guard can relieve.

We also bought a framed copy of the flamingos being held. We've already decided where the two new framed photos are going, in a prominent position in the main lower living area of our apartment. We'll have to lose a piece of original art in the reorganisation - we have too many sloping walls!
