Widespread Panic is a southern rock band from Athens, Georgia. The current lineup includes guitarist/singer John Bell, bassist Dave Schools, drummer Todd Nance, percussionist Domingo "Sunny" Ortiz, keyboardist John "JoJo" Hermann, and guitarist Jimmy Herring. Michael Houser and George McConnell have also played lead guitar for the band.
A lot of birds flying away in panic again but I noticed something else in this pic. There are two male cardinals in this picture, one on the feeder and another off in the nearby tree. While the rest of the birds flew off neither cardinal budged.

Mihai tries his hand at Gals Panic. It's an arcade puzzle game where you have to uncover a picture of a scantily clad asian woman without getting hit by alien monster bots.
This one is a bit ironic. You can see Mark asking me about my kernel panics int he top0right corner.
this fan-boy is in full retreat mode. I don't usually take those guys so close in handheld shots, near the minimum focusing distance of the zoom lens, but this time I had some fun with the wireless flash set even closer to the bird. And yes, there's a feeder nearby otherwise I wouldn't know where to set the flash, but the trick is to capture it while the bird is away from the feeder. I would also typically use faster shutter speeds in High-Speed Sync (HSS) mode but this time I left the camera to its own devices with SSS off so it chose the maximum shutter sync speed of only 1/160 sec (geee Sony guys, my 9xi topped at 1/300 sec) which gives it this blurry sensation of motion while I'm frantically trying to follow the bird. There is no cropping at all in the vertical dimension of this image.
