So in an effort to get some close-ups of these cows I was cautiously approaching trying hard not to spook them, making myself small every few steps, looking very silly in the process, finally arriving at the fence, when out of the blue comes this donkey screeching and chasing the dickens out of a cow. Chased the cow right smack into the others and the whole bunch fled in total panic mode, up the hill and out of sight!
I thought guard donkeys were supposed to protect the livestock, not attack it? Someone had some issues...
