This is from a recent Pakistani wedding I shot. I just started a new blog and would love to hear your feedback.. also you can see a few more photos in the post and read about the wedding HERE!
Thanks for stopping by.
Converted the original photo to sepia and loved it even more than the original! It looks very old school here, which I love!

"I could not tell you if I loved you the first moment I saw you, or if it was the second or third or fourth. But I remember the first moment I looked at you walking toward me and realized that somehow the rest of the world seemed to vanish when I was with you." - Cassandra Clare

This is the funeral room of Kalash. They leave their dead in the room for 3 days and celebrate the death. Its such a haunting place and yet the light coming from the roof makes it feel like it is connected with another dimension.

He is the reason I don;t photograph much these days :P Waiting for a better composition and looking around for another frame is just not an option these days. A rushed clicked and then I was running toward him... a little too late.. he was already in the water....
Shot was taken couple of months ago during an outing to Shahpur dam at Fateh Jang. I guess I have to wait a little more to let him grow up a bit to return to clicking
Hinnah or Mehendi Ceremony is vital for weddings in India and Pakistan, where trays are decorated with Hinnah and then this is applied to the hands of the bride and the groom. Picture taken in Pakistan in August 2015 during holidays.
The skardu series is still waiting in my hard disk for me to find time to go through the some 50GB of data, even more difficult is to manage time for post processing.
The shot above is of Chaq chang mosque of Kahply, Skardu. One of the oldest mosque in the region, tiny but beautiful wood work with a touch of Tibetan architecture.
Oh haan... its an HDR of 3 shots
I needed a wide angle to project the architecture and view outside the valley and 18mm was sure not wide enough, I had to lay down and squeeze myself in a coroner to cover most of what I wanted, plus some perspective distortion that looks pleasing at least to my eyes.

Have a lovely Sunday (:
More shots coming soon!
It was a shoot for some shoe, I had to work with couple of female and a male model both indoor and outdoor. Shoot was directed and conceived by a director - (yea laugh)
Model was kinda first timer.. make up was good... we had some 15 different people roaming around us and shouting different words and different people... including me and models...
