Sprinter pairing 156413 & 156470 travel westbound across Welney washes on the 1st June 2021. While the majority of East Midland Railway services between Norwich and Liverpool Lime Street use single Class 158 DMU's, occasionally a Class 156, dual Class 158's or Class 170 units are allocated. On this occasion, the 156 pairing was used for 1L09 to move both EMR units back towards their home base. Note the difference in liveries, with 156413 missing the red and orange cabs associated with their 'Regional' livery.

An SD40N pair leads the KCS Knoche Yard to UP Neff Yard transfer on Main Track 4 of the UP KC Metro Sub as it crosses the Coal Route Diamond at Troost.

This train has just finished making a loop around the West Bottoms to get itself turned around since Knoche Yard and Neff Yard are parellel to each other and there is no easy connection between the two. This train literally went the opposite direction at this same location about an hour earlier. 7/16/16.
