I tried this editing on a few images (more in my photostream) and I do love the special mood it adds to the buildings. It's kind of heavy, but it's nice to experiment :)

This guy paints trippy techno-psychedelia while dance and house music pump out of his boom box. You can find him at the entrance to the bridge to Penn's Landing, at Second and South streets.

You can't see it here, but he also has a cool Star of David tat on his right bicep. I really want to come back here some time and ask him if I can shoot him more extensively.
