Its been nearly a year since my last visit to this fine surfing beach in South Devon and the changes are very noticable. It was riddled with Paddle Boarders. They seemed to have a vague idea of what they were doing.

"Most weekends we take a walk to the bridge at Hammersmith – a chance to get some exercise while enjoying one of the nicest views of the river in London. There is usually plenty of activity on the water to see as well. My picture shows some paddleboarders going with the tide, with a pair of cormorants perching nearby on an old wooden jetty. Occasionally we will see a cormorant catch a fish before spreading its wings in the sun to dry off."
