This is the original photo by Dorthea Lange called "Migratory Cotton Picker". I chose this photo because I liked the feeling it conveyed, Which is a hard working man, which I feel as though that is exactly what Dorthea was trying to capture.
Orignally called Bpl. Golden Peacock 'Orange Beauty', it is another hybrid of the famous Bl. Richard Mueller. The other parent is Prosthechea vitellina, originally Epidendrum vitellina, which gives this hybrid the bright orange color and the high bud count.
