The Orders and Fellowship gathering for Great Plains clergy was held Jan. 21-22, 2015, at St. Mark’s UMC in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Our featured speakers were the Rev. Jay Hanson, senior pastor, and Anne Bosarge, director of discipleship, from The Chapel, a United Methodist congregation in Brunswick, Georgia. Their messages focused on growing church leaders with a theme of "High Def Leadership Development".
The sermon at closing worship was given by the Rev. Karyn Wiseman, associate professor of Homiletics and director of United Methodist Studies at Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.

The annual clergy gathering focused on reaching out to young adults and youth during Orders & Fellowship 2017 in Salina, Kansas.
The Relief Commander presides over the exchange of orders from the Retiring to Relieving Tomb Guard Sentinel at theTomb of the Unknowns during the Changing of the Guard ceremony;
Tomb Sentinels are members of the prestigious Tomb Guard Platoon, Echo Company (Honor Guard), 3rd United States Infantry Regiment. They are all volunteers and go through rigorous training and study.
The regiment assumed the post in 1948 and guard the tomb continuously for 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. The guard is changed every hour in the winter months and every half hour during the summer.
The tomb guards wear Vintage Army Blue Dress Uniforms and carry M-14 rifles, which are always held between the crowd as a gesture to deter intrusion. The active sentinel walks exactly 21 steps, pausing for 21 seconds while facing the tomb, turns around and retraces steps.

Imagine Watford returned on 16th July 2022, only one day this year. Its one of my highlights of the year, where arts perform on the streets of the high street. It was a great turnout this year with the town centre packed from early on. The weather obliged and it was quite hot. The events are organised by Watford Palace Theatre and is supported by Watford Council, the Arts Council and many of Watford's businesses. Bringing the arts to the streets.
