The Indian Army (Bharatiya Thalsena) is one of the armed forces of India and has the responsibility for land-based military operations. Honolulu HI - CAPT Shannon Gilreath relieved CAPT Joanna Nunan of command for Sector Honolulu at a ceremony held on Coast Guard Base Sand Island. CAPT Nunan received orders to report for duty as the Chief of Staff for the Coast Guard's Force Readiness Command.
