A brisk day for a walk along the stream in South Mountain State Park - the water always seems to look bluer to me when icicles are forming on the rock outcrops along the stream. I used a Singh Ray Gold-n-Blue filter to further exaggerate the effect of the water and make it more true to what I saw on my hike. #mountainstream #wanderlust #explore #optoutside #socialdistancing #canonphotography #singhrayfilters #goldnblue
I wasn't able to be with my daughters or grandchildren for the holiday. Fortunately, family from Chicago invited me to hang out with them for four days. We stayed near Santa Rosa and had dinner at Stark's Steak House.
We enjoyed an amazing sunset at Point Reyes. The golden light was phenomenal! For Black Friday, we decided to #optoutside so we headed over to Bodega Bay and hiked around then enjoyed amazing crab sandwiches at the Fishetarian Fish Market. The next day we went to Sonoma for a couple of Wine Tasting tours (in the rain)! Everything was so green.
I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving and now, the mad rush is on for Christmas!
