So, 25 years later, I've decided to buy myself my very own operations. YAY! I couldn't be any happier... There's also a flash version online. Click here to operate...

Oh dear, it's been so so long. Too long since I have worked up a sweat. I think I forgot to document at least one workout in between this one and the last one but oh well... it's almost like we're starting over again. I have fallen, yes I have, but I will not let it keep me down. I am back on the wagon and, man, boy oh boy, it feels really good.
A special thanks goes out to my dad for keeping our father/daughter workout date today. I probably wouldn't have gone if he wasn't going too.
Updates ::
WW :: last week I gained weight. I gained the exact amount I lost the week before. So those two weeks cancelled each other out. I'll let you know tomorrow how this week has gone numbers wise.
Tonight :: 45 minutes on the treadmill // walk and jog alternating // doing about a 20 minute mile // getting back in the swing so I was a bit slow tonight // did some weights for my arms, shoulders, chest, and back.
Operation sell the house has been the focus of the last week. Our future 'life' is pretty up in the air as relocating is dependent on getting jobs, but it makes sense to start the selling process now even if we then rent for a while. We've painted, sanded, scrubbed, rug doctored, hoovered, and packed away all the stuff we are less likely to need the next few months in the hope of the making the house look less cluttered.
