I think I might have interpreted an upcoming theme wrong. I keep seeing people mention twin peaks but I've never seen that. is it a must watch? what's it about?

Something went terribly wrong as the LA&L was switching Kraft in Avon, NY on November 21, 2024. Looks like the rear truck on 426 spread the rail, resulting in it and 4 cars hitting the dirt. No one noticed the 426 was off the rail until it rode over the crossing and then slammed down onto the ground after it got clear of it. I was standing near the crossing and did not hear anything unusual until 426 hit the ground past the crossing.
